How To Delete All Firefox Bookmarks at Once

If for some reasons, you want to delete all your Firefox bookmarks at once, to start afresh, follow me through the steps below:





==> Launch Mozilla Firefox on your computer

==> Click the Bookmarks icon

==> Scroll down and click "Show All Bookmarks" to open the Library window



==> Click "All Bookmarks" in the left navigation menu pane



==> Click "Bookmarks Menu" to view your bookmarks in the right pane

==> Hold the "Ctrl" key and click each bookmark you want to remove to select multiple bookmarks.



==> Press "Delete" to remove the bookmarks and then close the Library window.



Alternatively, you can start Firefox in safe mode  ( aka "Restart with Add-Ons Disabled") and reset your bookmarks to default. You can try the trick below if your version of FireFox will support it.



==> Start > All Programs > Mozilla Firefox : Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode)

==> "Reset Bookmarks to firefox defaults"

How To Add Default Featured Image To WordPress Posts and Categories

If you publish a post without settings a featured image, an empty box will be displayed next to the post if your WordPress theme supports featured image and has no fallback option.





If you won't want the empty box to be displayed, then you need to set a default fallback image when no featured image is found. This can also be very useful when you forget to set a featured image for your post.



In this article, I will show you how to add a default featured image in WordPress using a plugin.



First thing you need to do is install and activate the Default Featured Image plugin.



Once installed and activated, the plugin adds an option under Settings » Media to choose a default image.

Upload your default image and save settings. This image could be any image, for example an image of your site logo on a plain background.



That’s all.



Now, when your theme looks for a featured image and does not find one, it will display the default image.

How To Enable Contact Form 7 Acceptance Checkbox Error Message

If you're using Contact form 7 plugin on your WordPress-powered site and have integrated the acceptance " form tag but no error message displays whenever a user fails to check the box, this tutorial is for you.



By default, due to JavaScript magic, users won’t be able to press the submit button without first checking the box to accept your terms. Clicking the "Send" button won't work and no error message will be displayed. This is simply because an acceptance checkbox is a different mechanism than general input validation, and it runs after all validation succeeds.

This behaviour of the acceptance checkbox might confuse some form submitters. Hence, it's highly recommended that you set it up in a way that will let the users know why the message won't fly.

So, How Do I Make It Work Like Other Validation?

==> Sign in to your WordPress dashboard
==> Go to "Contacts"
==> Click "edit" next to the contact form you want to modify
==> Add this line below, to the Additional Settings section:

acceptance_as_validation: on

==> Click "Save".

That's all.

Try using your form without checking the acceptance box. It should display something similar to the screenshot below:
